Colorado Springs Parade of Homes - La Visiere

A French Chateau-inspired design of elegant lines and rustic touches served as the catalyst for this home’s decorative finishes. You are welcomed with a soft, cool palette of pale blues, distressed ivory and deep slate grays - a soothing background for abundant natural materials and delicate details. We have used gracious yet durable brick, hefty wood beams, old world lighting and reclaimed wood in the design, beautifully set off by exquisite white marble. The result is a refined Chateau style with the warmth of an aged farmhouse. This dramatic floor plan seamlessly blends the interior with the exterior. Colorado Springs Parade of Homes - Hillside Haven

Welcome to Hillside Haven, perched on a hill in the Flying Horse village of Toscano. The exterior boasts a modern Mediterranean style with a grand entrance framed with limestone complemented with a cool color palette. The interior is layered in a combination of warm and cool tones using a mixture of natural stone and Laminam (a cutting-edge porcelain) installed on the stunning two-story fireplace. The home enjoys a seamless mix of both traditional design, with custom wood working and crown moldings, and transitional elements, using metallic paints and contemporary furnishings. The master suite is perfection with layers of natural greige stone and an oversized soaking tub to melt away a long day. The lower level is an entertainers’ dream, with recreation room, kitchenette and theater room large enough to host family and friends.
